Comme sa cousine, elle est aux anges. Les m\u00e8res du s\u00e9minaire m\u2019ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait des compliments sur son instruction et son aisance.<\/p>\n<p>La grippe r\u00e8gne \u00e0 Paris. C\u2019est une maladie ou plut\u00f4t une indisposition qui n\u2019a pas ordinairement de suite et dont le caract\u00e8re le plus saillant est un petit mal de gorge. Elle s\u2019attaque \u00e0 beaucoup de monde. Cependant, le matin il est le premier \u00e0 l\u2019oraison\u00a0; tous les samedis il nous fait une conf\u00e9rence superbe, et il vaque \u00e0 toutes ses occupations comme un homme plein de sant\u00e9. Il nous ravit et par sa haute sagesse et par la grande \u00e9dification qu\u2019il ne cesse de nous donner.<\/p>\n<p>Nous recevons de temps en temps de nouveaux s\u00e9minaristes\u00a0; hier il nous est venu un charmant sujet pr\u00eatre, qui a pass\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de deux ans \u00e0 la solitude de Saint-Sulpice. Les v\u0153ux qui en \u00e9loignent d\u2019autres l\u2019ont attir\u00e9 \u00e0 nous.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le temps vous m\u2019avez donn\u00e9 un exemplaire des m\u00e9ditations de Collet, sorti de la librairie de M.\u00a0de Crosilhes. Si par hasard lui ou tout autre se trouvait en avoir, vous nous obligeriez beaucoup de nous en procurer autant d\u2019exemplaires que vous pourriez.
