1817 In 1817, Fr. Verbert, Vicar General, takes posesión of the Lorges Palace at 95 Rue des Sevres, given to the CM by the French Government along with 90,000 francs in compensation for the expropriation of Saint Lazare and its lands. The Lorges Palace consisted of the central patio and four romos surrounding it as well as another room of the first floor which is the present refectory and a small garden.

1653 In 1653, Vincent seeks the intercesión of the Duches of Aiguillon to be able to continue the construction of the Hospital in Salpetriere which was prohibited by civil authorities.
