1648: In Algiers Fr. Lesage died in service of plagued.

1657: Conference of Vincent de Paul in Saint Lazare on detachment of earthly things, dealing with the reasons for discarding them to unite with God; what is this detachment and what to do to achieve it.

1862: Group of Daughters of Charity, led by Sister Broquedis and a team of Vincentians, formed by Fr Juan Masnou, Visitor of Spain, who has then been appointed Visitor of Mexico, and Frs. Crescencio Marshal and Felix Torres arrive to Guatemala. They started to work in the hospital there.
